Seminar fees 2010
CPD seminars which are 2 hours in duration
[09:00 – 11:00] – R200.00 including Vat
CPD seminars which are 4 hours in duration
[First Session 09:00 - 11:00 Comfort Break 11:00 – 11:30 Second Session 11:30 - 13:30] – R300.00 including Vat
Please note
Registration will only be accepted on payment of the full seminar fee before the closing date.
No bookings or payments on the day of the seminar are available.
Closing date is at 16:00 the Friday before each seminar.
No telephonic registration will be accepted.
Cancellation and Refunds Policy
The provision of services by Vista Clinic is subject to seating availability. In cases of unavailability, Vista Clinic will refund the client in full within 30 days. It is however the attendees responsibility to provide us with a banking account emailed to booking@vistacpd.co.za.
Full Refunds: All cancellations must be forwarded to booking@vistacpd.co.za at least THREE [3] days prior to the start of the CPD seminar that was registered for. All other forms of notice will not be honoured and will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a R25.00
fixed rate administration fee.
No Refunds: Requests for refunds within THREE (3) days prior to the start of the CPD seminar that was registered for, will not be eligible for a refund.
No refunds will made in the event of cancellation after the THREE (3) days prior to the CPD seminar that was registered for. In the case of non-arrival – no refunds will be made.
Transfers: It is not possible to transfer between seminars. If an applicant is unable to attend the booked CPD seminar then a substitute delegate may be arranged or normal cancellation fees will apply.
Substitution: A substitute delegate from the same organisation can be named at any time up to 36 hours before the CPD seminar begins by forward a registration form and proof of payment to
booking@vistacpd.co.za. Under extreme circumstances substitutions from the same company or
organisation can be made on the day at the discretion of Vista Clinic.
Emergency Illness or Death of Registrant or Immediate Family Member: Refunds may be granted if an attendee is unable to attend the CPD seminar due to a family death, illness, or other extraordinary circumstance. In such a circumstance, the Vista Clinic CPD Programme coordinator must immediately be contacted by phone or e-mail. Vista Clinic CPD Programme will refund fees as soon as possible and no later three (3) weeks after the conference has concluded.
Certificate of attendance
On conclusion of each seminar attendees must submit the attendance/feedback form before vacating the venue. A certificate of attendance is obtained after each seminar.
Workshop Notes
No seminar notes are made available. However, we do publish some of the presentations on our website for you to download. We respect our speakers who do not wish to publish their notes.
